Two Cosy Winter Outfits

Some days I don't feel like putting yo much effort into getting dressed and just want something cosy and comfy to wear. This is mostly for days when I know I won't be out of the house for to long.

I've worn both of these outfits in winter and haven't been cold thanks to layering.

For this outfit i layers a long sleve top under the jumper to keep me warm. Thankfully it wasn't a super cold day so this kept me warm. Along with the scarf and leg warmers, i also had arm warmers under the jumper that you can just about see popping out. I've found that wearing arm warmers somehow always keeps me toasty warm. The tights i'm wearing are also ultra thick knitted ones that i always wear during winter and they keep me legs warm.

This outfit keeps me warmer than the last. I've layered a jumper under a hoodies cardigan, the day i wore this it was cold and it kept me warm enough. I've worn this combination quite a few times and one of them was in the middle of december. The tights once again and thick knitted ones which keep my legs toasty warm.

Killstar Wants

When am i ever not wanting something from killstar? Their stuff looks cool and it's good quality. Most of the stuff i want at the moment (which i couldn't find on polyvore) is t-shirts, hoodies and socks. But these are a few items that i've been lusting over for a long time or they've just come out.

I feel like mermaid style jumper will be great in autumn and winter and would be easy for me to throw on for work, which is one of the reasons i want it, that and i feel like it would be good for iceland. The eye bag, kind of been wanting that since it came out a while ago. Same reasons for wanting the black hoodie dress. I've got a similar one however it's got a huge ankh on and i want a plane one.

The Marilyn Manson hoodie i'm wanting for both me and my partner, though he'd probably end up wearing it most of the time. We're both a fan of his and i feel it will be good for the lazy days to snuggle into.

Pharaoh | Outfit

 

 This is probably my favourite killstar t-shirt, possibly my favourite all together and that includes ones with bats printed on. There is just something about it that i love and i'm not quite sure what exactly it is. The print is big and stands out, but that's the same with a lot of my t-shirts, it could be the eyes.

I just have a love for Ancient Egypt ever since i learnt about it in primary school. I plan to fill my house with stuff relating to it and I've already started with a Pharaoh ornament.

Highgate Cemetery | Outfit

This is an outfit i wore when i was down in London just wondering around. We ended up going to Highgate Cemetery and a few other places which were mostly museums. 

I do love this killstar skirt, it's made of a super soft velvet and it looks so cool! Even though it's now summer i intend to wear this skirt more even though it's velvet. Possibly not on the extremely hot days, if they came back again.

Goetia Hood Dress | Outfit

 This is one of those dresses that is so easy to throw and wear due to all the print. I wear it when i don't have the time to put together an outfit since it's a statement piece and works on it's own. 

I paired it with my Banned Apparel cat bad as it's the bag i've been using since i got it at Christmas. Simple and effortless.

Graveyard | Outfit

While i was in Whitby i took some outfit pictures and i quite like how they turned out. 

I went there for halloween so this was a while ago, if you follow me on instagram you probably saw it.  I've fallen in love with these killstar hood dresses and bought some more, they're just so comfy and easy to wear.

Creepy Cat | Outfit

 The other day it was so warm i had to bring out one of my favourite crop tops. This one is from killstar and it's so adorable yet creepy at the same time. More than likely this will pop up some more in photos. This is a basic outfit as i threw it on to just go to town and eat. Of course it had to be mexican. These shorts are pretty comfy, so much i forgot i was wearing high waisted even after i ate so much food.

PHARAOH | Outfit

This is actually a really old outfit. I took those photos last year but since it's spring time now i figured it would be a good time to post them. As soon as it warms up a little i'll be out and about like this again. I took these during my stay in Whitby. The castle was beautiful and i want to go again in summer to take more photos.

Favourite Sweaters & Beanies

Since spring appears to be just around the corner i can't wait to dig out my mostly oversized sweaters. I know sweaters aren't normally something people bring out for spring but to me spring is still freezing since it tends to be windy. 

I can't wait to wear them without a jacket as they look so much better that way. Paired with some thin tights, shorts and creepers and i will have easy quick outfits to throw on for spring. Though i can't get away with wearing these are work. The stay creepy one i can, just about. I'm also still wearing beanies into spring as the wind is just so chilly on my head and also it keeps my hair someone protected from becoming tangled.

Nu Goth Inspired | Outfit

Outfit from when i went to Whitby. This was around autumn time and i had to layer a lot, so cold around there but to pretty. Long sleeve top under a jumper and a hoodie only just kept me feeling okay. I should have taken a scarf or a beanie but silly me didn't think of that. It's also the time i had purple tips, it looks a little pink but it was faded by this time.

Third Eye | Outfit

 This is probably the last outfit without at least a jacket for this year. The warmer weather will be missed by me since I can no longer wear crop tops. This is probably my favourite outfit of the year so far, it's all black with awesome tights and just flows effortlessly. As usual I am not putting my shorts away for anything! I'll  just layer with socks and sweaters. 

Also sorry about the quality, the sun was very strong that day and made it hard to get pictures.
