Autumn Outfit Inspo

Autumn is the time for layering and i love it. That and cosy scarves!
This is just a few outfits i've managed to find on polyvore that might give me some inspiration for the comming colder months. Three of the lovelies i already follow on instagram.
The moon jumper i've been wanting for almost a year now, if it's still in stock i might just have to buy it. I can't help but buy any items with moons on them.

Style Inspo

 

I've been wanting to wear my long skirt for a while now but was unsure how to go about it. I like the idea of flowy cardigan with a skirt but thought it might look like an over kill of fabric. I say that yet i have a dress i love that is basically a lot of fabric and love how it flows.

 

 

The idea of wearing a kimono with a long skirt is one i like and will try in the spring/summer. I have two an extra long one and a short one. Same with the skirts and i think a long kimono with the just above ankle length skirt will look great. I've got many outfit ideas running though my head but need warmer weather to do so.

Thought i'd throw together some pictures that kind of give me some inspiration lately.

I would so love to have that travel mug. Hopefully around halloween time there will be some, but for halloween this year i will be in Whitby which has me so excited.

Since the days are getting colder it's time i bring out my sweaters, beanies and knee high socks. The thing i love about autumn is layering and my denim jackets will be coming out again! But before that sweaters sweaters and more sweaters!

Autumn is on it's way so i thought I'd have a look on the internet for some inspiration for the colder months. There will be a lot of layering, flannels and socks over tights. Autumn is my favourite time of year for choosing outfits and i can't wait to get started. The other day i was out in the tights and socks combo. Which will be up on the blog eventually, after the last of my summerish outfits.

Tumblr Fashion Inspiration

I haven't been on tumblr in a while so i thought i'd throw together some inspo.

Of course like always with me there isn't much colour. 

I'm in need of more rib cage t-shirts as i've fall out of love for mine, i like it but it's not how i want it now. Eyes i still love, they're creepy and cute on clothes.

 

Nu Goth Inspired Work Outfits

Since i now work in an office i can't wear exactly what i want. Mostly plain things, no slogans, no cross prints or shorts. Which sucks for me, and i don't want to just wear a shirt and trousers all the time. So i figured I'd put some outfits together to inspire me when i go shopping this Thursday.

These are NuGoth inspired as it's simple and close to what i love wearing.

Since i can wear jeans they are in two of these outfits, mainly for comfort and i just like how i look in them. The first has a sheer vest with a jumper over, my hope is that the top will be long enough to hang out of the jumper to create a layered effect. Of course chunky boots to add some toughness!

The second is very girly for me. For the fact that is has a dress, i normally just use these as long tops over leggings or shorts. I own something similar in grey and that shirt, so i do plan on wearing this outfit at some point. Maybe when it's not snowing. Out of the three it's the smartest look.

The third has a maxi cardigan, i love how they look with jeans or long dresses. They give a sense of mystery i think. Keeping it casual with a basic t-shirt and added a choker for a gothic element. I also plan to wear something similar too but with a grey maxi cardigan, i really should get a black one though.

I'm trying to keep my style while working, but it limits my wardrobe. Good job i like creating new outfits with the same clothes over and over.

Creepy Cute Inspiration

Halloween may have come and gone but that doesn't mean you still can't wear something halloweeny.

I never do anything for halloween and I've never dressed up for it but i do love wearing skull and skeleton things. This year though i went to Nightmare festival in Camden.

I'm a big fan of creepy cute clothes and i try at times to wear it, though i don't have enough clothes to do it more. I'm always looking for new creepy adorable things to wear. So jealous of those that dye their real hair pastel colours as i can't bleach my own.

So what do you think of this style?

Recent Inspiration

Thought I'd do a post on what's been inspiring me lately.

The hair in the middle has just inspired me a few days ago, it's Bom on 2ne1 and I'm on a mission to get my hair somewhat like that. I even bought a blond dye to lighten my hair. Now i don't know if I'm going to do just my tips or my whole head blue. But eventually i will go all over red. It's something I've wanted for a while now.

Long t-shirts as dresses, tights, long socks, beanies, denim jackets are nothing new in my wardrobe and I've been wearing them for ages! But with autumn coming it's pretty much the only time i get to wear things like this as i just freeze in the winter. I hate the cold.

I will not be wearing skirts though as i just don't feel comfortable in them. So as for the third photo in the top row I'm switching out the skirt for some checked shorts. That I've been waiting all summer to wear!
