The Face Shop | Real Nature Pomegranate Mask Review

The Face Shop Real Nature Pomegranate Mask Review

It's been a long time since i did a facemask review. The other day i was off sick so decided to use one of these to help my skin. It's from the Korean brand the face shop. I don't think i've ever used one of there facemasks.

What it says:
A skin-radiating mask sheet containing pomegranate extracts to improve skin resilience and moisturisation. It is rich in Vitamin B1 and B2 and gives elasticity and glossy look to the skin.

My face was feeling very dry that day and after the mask left it feeling hydrated, refreshed and soft. It has left my face feeling hydrated for a few days.  The essence left on my skin was quickly absorbed with some massaging and light patting. Over all this mask did what i wanted it to, left my skin soft and hydrated while leaving a cooling feeling on my face while i relaxed. I'd recommend this to anyone.

EtudeHouse Essence Mask Vitamin E Review

Another facemask review, if you didn't know i love facemasks. I figured it's pointless because to show the actual facemask because they all look the same. It's a sheetmask.

What it says:
Vitamin E for Anti-Wrinkling & Moisturising and to promote skin vitality and elasticity.

I liked this facemask, as i do with most. It's a good treat for the face and always helps a little. After using it my face feels smoother and softer. It didn't do anything for the current breakout i have going on. But my face did feel bouncer. My skin felt moisturised and hydrated. The smell to me was okay, nothing to harsh.

You can buy one here if you want.
I will be giving on of these away soon.

Compressed Face Masks | Cheap

You might know that i love sheet masks. But they can be a little expensive when one can cost £2+. So to find a cheap way to pamper my skin i came across compressed masks. Now these masks have nothing on them and you have to add that yourself. But when a 12 pack of them costs 99p and you can buy some toner for as little as £1.50 from boots own range it works out a lot cheaper.

I used the body shop toner i had just sitting in my room, but this was a little to thick for the mask to expand so i had to water it down a little. Unravel the expanded mask, be careful not to pull it or it will rip and apply it like any other face mask. Leave on for 15-20mins.

Doing it this way you can choose what kind of toner you want to use. Before i've used the sanctuary pore refining toner (which i will be reviewing soon) to tighten my pores. So if you have dry, greasy or blemish prone skin you can change it to fit your skins needs.

I bought my pack of 12 from ebay and you can buy the same here.

Etude House I Need You Cucumber Sheet Mask Review

Etude House is a Korean brand and very famous. I bought this on ebay.
I love using facemasks, its relaxing and really does help your skin.

What is says:
This essence mask contains cucumber extract that smooths and moisturizes, quickly revitalizing dry and exhausted skin with its application.

My skin was exhausted what with all the traveling and less sleep i've been getting the past few weeks, so i was in need of a mask like this and I am in love with it. It has to be one of the best i've used.
It left my skin feeling super soft, smooth and hydrated. It helped alot with dryness and even after two days my skin still feels hydrated. My pores look reduced too. I would buy this again.

Beauty Buffet Facemask Review

This is another of the facemasks my friend sent me and i love it. It's a Taiwanese brand, I've only tried one other Taiwanese brand which is my beauty diary. Which i did a review on here.

This mask is supposed to:
Moisturise
Help stimulate collagen regeneration
Improve skin elasticity
Reduce fine lines
Leave skin firmer and smoother

It differently left my skin feeling firmer and smoother. My skin feels soft soft soft. To see any signs of it doing the other things it claims I'd have to keep using it to find out. I'd say this is one of the best facemasks I've used. I'd love to buy it again, but I'm not sure where to buy it from unfortunately. I'll have to make a trade with my friend for some.  The sheet it's self if thin which is normal with Asian sheet masks, which i like as the product is absorbed into the skin better.
I posted a photo of me wearing it on twitter here.

Vanedo Beauty Friends Facemask

This was one of the facemasks i was sent by a friend. So please ignore the writing on the front, she thought she would be funny by writing that.
This mask is supposed to deeply moisturize the skin.
It has left my skin feeling soft and moisturized, my skin does feel slightly firmer.
Overall this mask is quite good. I'll be looking to buy some more online.

Etude House Daily Face Masks Review

Etude House Daily Mask Review.

They are designed to be used daily to promote skin vitality and elasticity. It includes 20 sheets and comes in a handy reliable box.
There is even English on the back of the box as well as Korean.

 These face masks include.
  • Yeast
  • Vitamin C
  •  Acne Control
  • Anti-Wrinkle
  • Skin Tone Correction
There was three types to choose from and i choose this one since it's for spot prone skin. Since i suffer from breakouts i figured these would be the best choice. I love using face masks but the ones i find in the UK don't seam to have any acne control so this is a bonus.
They smell nice, leave the face feeling moisturised and soft as well as smooth. They also reduce pores.
You have to be careful when pulling out the sheets though, the first time i poked a hole in one of them since they are so thin. But they are covered in a lot of product.

As for the price i payed £10 for this. When you work it out it's only 50p per sheet mask. Which is cheep considering the ones here are 3 for £2.

The masks do seam to be a tad big though, hence the folds.
