The Body Shop Camomile Eye Make-up Remover | Review

The Body Shop Camomile Eye Make-up Remover Review

Today i'll me reviewing this eye makeup removed. I've been using it for a while now and found i quite like it. It works reasonably well. I bought the small bottle to try it and i've has it quite a few months now. I mostly use it just to remove concealer on work days.

What it says:
Melt away eye make-up around the eyes. Our Camomile eye make-up remover gently cleanses, leaving the skin smooth and clean.
  • Suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers
  • Camomile extract from Norfolk, England
  • Removes eye make-up
  • No added fragrance, colour or alcohol
  • Leaves lashes and lids feeling softer and clean

I've found it is very gentle on the eye and hasn't irritated them at all, unlike some others that can slightly sting the eye area. As i said above i use it for concealer the most, which it does great at removing. It even managed to remove my water proof liquid eyeliner. The one it does struggle with however is pencil eyeliner, it's not as effective at removing it but it still does do the job. I would buy this again as it's great for everyday use for me. I also do wear contact lens and have used this while they have still been in my eye and i've had no problems.

Late Review | Lush Xmas Box

I intended to post about this closer to Christmas but i forgot.
So my mum got me this and it been from lush i knew i would love it. I did worry that it would have bath bombs in it as most do but to my surprise it doesn't. Which is a good thing for me as we don't have a bath in the house just a shower. I miss using bath bombs and when i travel if the place has a bath i buy one and use it.

I have used the fun bar before and it's one of my favourite items from lush. It's fun to use and smells lovely. It also leaves the skin feeling smooth and the smell lingers for quite some time. The only problem is if it gets wet it leaves it as a gloppy mess in the shower as it did with the last one i had.

The pink star is soap and I'm not sure which one it is but i think it might be snow fairy. It smells pretty similar to it but not as strong. I've been using it in place of shower gel. Rub it on a shower puff and it lathers up very well. Smells amazing.

Bubblegum lip scrub does what it says. I've used it a few times. It smells yummy.

The rest i haven't got around to using yet but once i do i will review them too.

Quick Review | Charles Worthington Brilliant Shine Shampoo

Charles Worthington Brilliant Shine Shampoo Review

After i got my hair cut short for the first time i switched to this shampoo since i had it just lingering in my room. I figured it was time to use it and get rid of it. Little did i know i would fall in love with this shampoo. It has made my hair a lot better and healthier. It does claim to do that, but for me it did. It leaves it feeling super soft and it really does leave a brilliant shine. I love it so much that now months after using my first bottle i don't want to try any others. I have a draw in my room stocked full of these little bottles. They only come in 75ml since they are takeaways and are supposed to be for travelling i guess. But one bottle lasts me at least a month, possibly more since i have short hair at the moment. I haven't used anything by this brand before since it's a salon brand and figured they would be expensive. I have had some trouble trying to find it in stores which is why i stocked up when my mum noticed them in home bargains. I'm starting to think they have been discontinued, i hope not though.

Quick Review | Soap & Glory Clean On Me

Soap & Glory Clean On Me

Quick review because there isn't much to say about shower gel. I'm reviewing it because of the built-in body lotion. I hadn't seen a shower gel with build-in lotion before, so i bought a small one to try it. It smells does smell nice, not a strong sent. It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. My skin felt smooth for a a day or two after. Which is good for me because i'm lazy with body lotion.

Would i buy it again? Yes once i get through the shower gel i have. This was the first soap and glory shower gel i've tried. Because i liked it i bought a different one to try.

Also if you don't mine would you vote for me HERE to win tickets to LFW.

Quick Review | Pretty Quik Nail Polish Remover

pretty quick nail polish remover

Quick reviews will be reviews on things that i don't have much to say about. Like this nail varnish remover.

As you can see it's all in a tub, which makes it easier to remove the varnish. It works well, better than i was expecting. One twist is enough to remove the varnish on the nail.
It has vitamin E. So it's not harsh on the finger nail like other removers i have used.

There isn't anything else to say about this, it works and it's cheap. It was £2.50 in boots.
